problems with audio element playing zero length mp3 file

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.167 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create audio element with zero length mp3 file as src. 2. Call play(). What is the expected behavior? Should play audio and fire appropriate events regardless of audio length. What went wrong? throws error: The play() request was interrupted by a call to pause(). i.e. pause event is fired immediately (before promise is returned) resulting in a failed promise. Did this work before? Yes 63 Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3282.167 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:
