What steps will reproduce the problem?
(0) Enable sharing in chrome://flags
(1) Download a page (e.g. xkcd.com)
(2) Open ADM app
(3) Click the downloaded page.

What UI is strange?
Snackbar offers to reload the page, but upon clicking the reload button nothing happens.

When the page is reloaded with the "RELOAD" button, then the snackbar is shown again
