Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.167 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. download windows update @ https://support.microsoft.com/he-il/help/4074588/windows-10-update-kb4074588 2. go to firebase CLI and serve hosting locally 3. browse localhost and test pages with promises to check timely response What is the expected behavior? Before this problem pages loaded quickly, firebase CLI rarely crashed/got stuck, promises resolved quickly. Reliable behavior. What went wrong? Pages take a long time to load. Promises resolve extremely slow. When serving from firebase CLI the reponse is buggy and slow. The emulator crashes. After removing the windows update and restrating the machine all is good. Take into consideration that I tried reinstalling firebase modules and restarting before removing the update. I think it didn't change anything, not sure. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3282.167 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I'm not sure this correct. Wanted to write this just in case to prevent unwanted frustration. Yesterday my computer updated windows and since then things went wrong with chrome based services. Hope this helped and didn't mislead.
