What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and install 2-3 extensions from https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions
(2)Drag the chevron icon towards right such that extension appear in chrome menu (wrench)
(3)Right click on any one extension and click on another observe the focus.

Actual: Focus stays on previous extension even if clicked on another in chrome menu. 

Expected: Focus should disappear from previous extension once clicked on other extension.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M60' series i.e 60.0.3072.0

Note:
1.Issue is also seen on M64 Stable (build #64.0.3282.168),M66 Dev(build #66.0.3346.8)and M66 Canary(build #66.0.3350.0).
2.Issue not seen on Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4) OS.
