What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chrome application.
(2) Navigate to any AMP site. Eg.: https://www.google.ie/amp/ricette.giallozafferano.it/Focaccia.html%3fgoogle-amp=1
(3) Tap on "ENGLISH" on the translation bar.

What is the expected result?
Text is translated to English.

What happens instead?
There is a continuous loading symbol displayed on translation bar and page is never translated. However for the same site in regular format, translation is done correctly. Eg.: http://ricette.giallozafferano.it/Focaccia.html

Some time, translation bar is never displayed.


This seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since M60.  Untriaged for further input's on this issue.

Note: This issue is not observed in Desktop.
