Autoplay: differentiate watch time initiated by autoplay from others

This will be done by adding a new property to WT to keep track whether it was autoplay initiated.

The definition of autoplay initiated is: playback that started with a user gesture on the frame or a user gesture carried trough navigation. In other words, it should happen when the unified autoplay policy isn't on or when MEI is high for the website.

WatchTime: add field recording whether a player was autoplay iniated.

This is done by keeping track of whether a playback was autoplay
initiated when starting and always returning this value to the
WatchTimeReporter.
