Some PNG images are not displayed correctly

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.167 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://www.mrcs.wg.am/data/pics/n_b1c1.png

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open PNG image URL in Chrome, or drag PNG image file into Chrome.
2. *Some* images do not display correctly.
3. Open image URL in in other browser, or drag image into other browser, or open image in image editing or display software such as Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, or similar.
4. Image displays correctly in other applications.

What is the expected behavior?
PNG image is displayed correctly.

What went wrong?
PNG image not displayed correctly, it seems that the image is shrinked and appears transparent on image areas that are not transparent.

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes Before update to recent version.

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.167  Channel: stable

Evidently a duplicate of  issue 807324 .
The fix was back-merged in 65.0.3325.74, which will be in stable channel on on March, 6.
