Popup that goes to a different origin should not open in the parent’s app window theme |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 66.0.3344.0 OS: Chrome Pasting a bug reported by hwi@. What steps will reproduce the problem? Note: this issue happens when the popup is manually allowed by the user Pinterest.com’s twitter sharing opens a popup that goes to Twitter.com. What is the expected result? This twitter popup should use either the browser popup, or the twitter app window popup (if twitter pwa is installed). What happens instead? This twitter popup has Pinterest’s theme color and favicon.
