With high GPU load, video on canvas plays frames out of order on macOS

Put heavy load on GPU (I used https://www.maxon.net/en/products/cinebench/) 2. Go to https://www.facebook.com/360vidz/videos/701644580042825/ 3. Observe that frames are played out of order What is the expected behavior? Video plays with frame drops but frames are displayed in order What went wrong? Some notes: I tried on several different encodings/qualities of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aqz-KE-bpKQ using 4k video downloader (https://www.4kdownload.com/products/product-videodownloader). The issue reprod on 4k vp9 encoding, 720p vp9 encoding, but not 2k h264 encoding. The issue also does not repro if video is played as just a video element, so its something to do with the canvas.

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 64.0.3282.140 using Mac 10.13.3 with steps mentioned below. 1. Placed .js file and .html file in one folder. 2. Started simpleHTTPserver and opened attached html file -- observing black page. 3. Navigated to https://www.maxon.net/en/products/cinebench/ 4. Now navigated to https://www.facebook.com/360vidz/videos/701644580042825/ and played video -- didn't observe any frame drops. Attaching screencast for reference. @reporter: Could you please check the video and let us know if we miss anything. Also please check the issue on latest stable. Any info that would help in triaging this issue further is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, sorry for being unclear earlier. Here is a more detailed repro. 1. Download Cinebench for MAC from https://www.maxon.net/en/products/cinebench/ 2. Open 'CINEBENCH OSX' application 3. Navigate to https://www.facebook.com/360vidz/videos/701644580042825/ 4. Set the quality of the video to 2160p 5. Start OpenGL benchmark on Cinebench 6. As benchmark is running, play the video.

This sounds like a dup of Issue 819914 (or vice versa, really) which is happening on macOS. That one has a tiny repro only using Canvas 2D.
