Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enable Chrome duplex flag
2. Visit any foreign site to get page translation button or disconnect network while page loading
3. Mini Chrome duplex bar (bottom up slider) will hide buttons at bottom part of browser.

What is the expected behavior?
It should display whole webpage without hiding bottom part.

What went wrong?
The bottom bar of webpage is getting hidden by chrome duplex bar.
