May be "stuck" behind other failures ATM (triggers a DCHECK in PaintLayerClipper::InitializeCommonClipRectState if run in Debug.)

ClusterFuzz testcase 4981243763228672 is flaky and no longer crashes, so closing issue.

If this is incorrect, please add ClusterFuzz-Wrong label and re-open the issue.
