lab email credentials are broken.

We recently rotated our email credentials in the lab, and have stopped getting email.

So.... the new credentials probably weren't generated correctly.

The CLs that updated our credentials:

I've forwarded some old notes in the email about how to generate the credential dat files (including a temporary script I wrote).
