What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) On Eve, press Menu key
(2) Press tab --> Your user is highlighted
(3) Press Enter -> Sign in another user shows up, but there are no keys to get there: tab, up/down/right/left don't work.

What is the expected result?
Be able to access that menu item

What happens instead?
Can't do it w/o a mouse.
