FR: surface last CQ status in self dashboard

It would be useful if PolyGerrit surfaced the state of the last CQ run on a CL in the dashboard. For example, it could go in the status field when there's no other text, like "CQ passed" or "CQ failed"? I'm not sure, not a UI designer :)

Do you mean similar to how status like "Merged" is displayed in the change title?

Status: WontFix (was: New)
Unfortunately, there is no plugin interface for the dashboard page, so this is infeasible for the foreseeable future. :(
