1. Using chrome, go to:
https://download.dojotoolkit.org/release-1.10.4/dojo-release-1.10.4/dijit/tests/form/test_DateTextBox.html 
and find an edit combo with quick keys or by arrowing through page.
2. Enable forms mode if not already on, and arrow through values.
Result: JAWS indicates nothing at all in speech or Braille. but there is no speech loss or Braille loss for JAWS. The Braille display shows the PC cursor and is blank, and speech says nothing at all.
If you tab and shift tab, Canary seems to properly generate the events and then the edit combo seems to work ok. 

Expected: Arrows should work on first focus
Firefox: Works as expected

Actual: 
Chrome: Control must be refocused with tab. 
Firefox: Works as expected
