Issue descriptionChrome Version: 66.0.3349.0 OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Have at least two windows open in tablet mode (2) Enter overview mode and drag one window to snap to right (3) Snap another window to left (4) Double tap on the divider to swap two snapped windows Expected result: The two windows swap their positions Actual result: Chrome crashes.
