Tryjob buttons do not load all the time

Different people on the Skia team have observed that the buttons to select tryjobs don't show up occasionally. 

Usually a hard reload of the page will fix it. 
It almost seems as if there is a race condition in loading those UI elements. 

It's obviously not a big problem, but it has caused confusion.

since it is hard to repro, more details is needed.

Is it only buttons don't show up or builds themselves (and <h3>Tryjobs</h3>) too?
What was the version of Polygerrit? Did users use Chrome? i.e. is there <cr-buildbucket-view> element in the DOM? Do you see requests to cr-buildbucket.appspot.com in Network tab of dev tools when this happens?
