Lots of info in "File a Bug" dialog makes buttons inaccessible

I just tried to file a bug using SOM, and I added a lot of info to the bug description.  Due to the way the scrolling is set up I was unable to get to the buttons that dismiss the dialog.  This should be easy to verify, just try pasting a lot of text into a bug description after hitting "File a Bug".
