Non-Regression : Message is seen missing after clicking on 'COPY TO CLIPBOARD' option in Notifications

Chrome Version: 65.0.3325.85/10323.38.0 beta-channel Link and Samus
OS:Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Press 'Ctrl+F5(Overview Mode Button)' for screenshot or Download any Image
(2)Now wait until Notification gets closed -> Again click on Notification Icon
->click on Expand Icon
(3)Now click on 'COPY TO CLIPBOARD' option and observe no message is seen such as 'Copied' or 'Copied to Clipboard'
(4)No indication about screenshot was copied i.e. Notification should get close after clicking on 'COPY TO CLIPBOARD' option 

Expected: 
a)'Copied' or 'Copied to Clipboard' Message should be seen after clicking on 'COPY TO CLIPBOARD' option
b)Notification should get close after clicking on 'COPY TO CLIPBOARD' option indicating that screenshot was copied to clipboard
Actual: Instead
a)No Message is seen after clicking on 'COPY TO CLIPBOARD' option
b)Notification is not getting closed after clicking on 'COPY TO CLIPBOARD' option

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62

Note : Issue is seen on M-63, M-64 and on latest M-66 also

Omri, do you think about these feature requests?

In my options:

> a)'Copied' or 'Copied to Clipboard' Message should be seen after clicking on 'COPY TO CLIPBOARD' option
This may be good to have. We can use toast to show this message.

> b)Notification should get close after clicking on 'COPY TO CLIPBOARD' option indicating that screenshot was copied to clipboard
I prefer not to dismiss after clicking on the button, since the user may do additional action after copying to the clipboard. But it's depending on UX design.
