Non-Regression: 'Sign into your Chromebook' screen is seen behind Enterprise enrollment signing page in Link device

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build >> Go to 'Sign into your Chromebook' screen
(2)Click on 'More Options' >>select Enterprise enrollment and Observe

Actual: Sign-In screen is seen behind Enterprise enrollment signing page
Expected: No such background page should be seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62

NOTE: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows,other Chrome OS devices..

Can't repro in 65.0.3325.93. Is this only shown on Link?
