"virtual/gpu/fast/canvas/canvas-imageSmoothingQuality-pixel.html" is flaky

"virtual/gpu/fast/canvas/canvas-imageSmoothingQuality-pixel.html" is flaky.

This issue was created automatically by the chromium-try-flakes app. Please find the right owner to fix the respective test/step and assign this issue to them.
