[Chrome][M64][Android 8.0] Chrome crashes in picture-in-picture mode.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open up Chrome
2. Go to ekino-tv.pl/movie/show/wojna-o-planete-malp-hd-war-for-the-planet-of-the-apes-2017-lektor/20724
3. Play the content and touch the full screen icon
4. Touch the home button to enter in picture-in-picture mode

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome should play the content properly in picture-in-picture mode,

What went wrong?
Chrome crashes.

Magic signature and Stack trace of the above Crash I'd looks similar to issue 809865. Hence duping into it.

@seiyon: Fix has been landed for the above Crash and is available in the next release.
