Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10323.30.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.65 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10323.30.0 (Official Build) beta-channel caroline Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Turn on magnifier. 2. Magnifier follows keyboard unless mouse leaves viewport. 3. Magnifier behavior is unpredictable on complex web applications or Android apps. What is the expected behavior? There should be a configuration option to turn off follow keyboard and another option to keep the mouse centered at in the display. This will greatly increase the usability of ChromeOS for low vision users. What went wrong? When scrolling or using complex forms in the browser and in some Android apps--the magnifier jumps around the screen. Did this work before?
