"external/wpt/2dcontext/compositing/2d.composite.canvas.destination-in.html" is flaky.

This issue was created automatically by the chromium-try-flakes app. Please find the right owner to fix the respective test/step and assign this issue to them. According to 223e5acb8d9a5b218b02ea74b8ab140fd94b842b paint-dev@chromium.org owns the test, however I'm not sure who is the correct owner.
