I used guest mode to test so I could eliminate add-ons as a cause. name of the site has been redacted.

Tested the issue on reported version 66.0.3346.8, on latest stable 64.0.3282.167 and on latest canary 66.0.3350.0 using Ubuntu 14.04, Mac 10.13.3 and Windows 10 and below are the observations.

1. Unable to setup host in linux due to system requirements in https://secure.logmein.com/welcome/webhelp/EN/LogMeInGetStart/LogMeIn/c_lmi_systemrequirements_host.html. Tried downloading but .msi file is downloaded.
2. Hence set up host in Mac 10.13.3. Navigated to https://secure.logmein.com/central/central.aspx and clicked on Main menu option

1. In 64.0.3282.167 on clicking on Main Menu option observed successful opening of Remote Login dialog.
2. In 65.0.3325.73 on clicking on Main Menu option observed successful opening of Remote Login dialog.
3. In 66.0.3346.8 on clicking on Main Menu option observed successful opening of Remote Login dialog.
4. In 66.0.3350.0 dev build on clicking on Main Menu option observed successful opening of Remote Login dialog.
5. But in 66.0.3350.0 equivalent canary build on clicking on Main Menu option “This site can’t be reached” message is seen.

@Reporter: Please check the issue by clicking on Main menu option as said above and check whether issue is reproducible or not? Else please guide to reproduce this bug by providing sample video? This Information would help us in triaging the issue further.

Thanks!

it works fine in Linux (in the flash/jscript mode.) .. ignore their silly
requirements - they are only there bc of their partnership with
👿Redmond :D ... their ignition binary blob is whats not compatible. ill do
a video.

@sindhu.chelamcherla I'm sorry I don't know how to get all the individual versions you had to test with, but I did videos to demonstrate broken and working. any input on that (if it's necessary) would be appreciated.

As per comment#7 checked issue on 66.0.3346.8 dev using Ubuntu 14.04 and unable to reproduce this issue. Attaching screencast for reference.

But as mentioned in comment#4, issue is reproducible only on 66.0.3350.0 canary(but not equivalent dev) using Mac 10.13.3. Issue is not seen on any builds using Mac 10.12.6,Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04.

As issue is reproducible on Mac 10.13.3 using 66.0.3350.0 , marking this issue as Untriaged and removing Needs-Bisect label.

Could someone from Internals>Network team please have a look at this issue.

Thanks!
