Workspaces not working

DevTools failed to link network resource to filesystem.

The documentation is also wrong:
https://developers.google.com/web/tools/setup/setup-workflow
"Map to File System Resource." is not available

Platform: Win
Chrome version: 64.0.3282.167 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit)
