Extension error should show me which extension is affected

Reported by orsch...@gmail.com, Feb 19 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Wait until you see "Extension error" yellow icon
2. Click on it to see list of installed extensions

What is the expected behavior?
I expect the browser to tell me which extension caused the error.

What went wrong?
Instead I am just shown with the list of all my installed extension. I have no way of knowing which extension caused the error.

Attaching a screencast for enhanced understanding.

Thanks!

Robert

Relevant code simply opens chrome://extensions page without even trying to find the affected extension:
https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/chrome/browser/extensions/warning_badge_service.cc?l=78&rcl=0944e2b0f77d79686cd0dfdc1d98913ef921883f

	void ErrorBadge::ExecuteMenuItem(Browser* browser) {
	  // Suppress all current warnings in the extension service from triggering
	  // a badge on the wrench menu in the future of this session.
	  badge_service_->SuppressCurrentWarnings();

	  chrome::ExecuteCommand(browser, IDC_MANAGE_EXTENSIONS);
	}

TE@, this report is rather a feature request in because Chrome never had such functionality.
