Issue description
Chrome Version : 63.0.3239.132 (Build officiel) (64 bits)
URLs (if applicable) : All
Other browsers tested:OK
have tested this issue:
Firefox
Edge
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Refresh any website
(2)Spam your scroll (up/down)
(3)And you will see my probleme, the website stop the loading
What is the expected result?
Don't crash the website
What happens instead?
The website load slowly
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Give me 50 000$ if possible, i'm a poor developer :P

Thanks for filing the issue! Checked the issue on reported chrome version 63.0.3239.132 using Windows 10 and Mac 10.13.1 with the below mentioned steps. 1. Launched Chrome 2. Navigated to a random web page and refreshed it. 3. Scrolled up and down. We didn't observe any crash while performing the above steps. @Reporter: Could you please share a sample test URL which helps us to triage the issue in a better way. It would be highly helpful if elaborated on point no.2 of comment#0. Also please mention the OS in which the issue is seen.

Informations: OS: Windows 10 Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 (Build officiel) (64 bits) Details about steps: 1) Open Chrome and go to goo.gl/RWVSh7 (Simple search on google) 2) hit CTRL + R 3) instantly spam WHEELUP/WHEELDOWN Additionnal information : You should repeat quickly scroll up/down/up/down/up/down. If you can't reproduce my issue I will take a screen video.

Please provide a screen video. As well if there are crashes in chrome://crashes please provide the server IDs.
