Regression:Upper part of cube disappears after zooming the page.

Chrome Version: 66.0.3350.0 (Official Build)Revision 2b1109ab0cd74dabb255f79029326f1ddbae6349-refs/heads/master@{#537342} (32/64-bit)
OS:Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4) and Linux(14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate https://paulrhayes.com/experiments/cube-3d/
(2)Click on down arrow button such that cube rotates.
(3)Now zoom in the page to 125 % or more and observe the cube.

Actual: Upper part of cube disappears after zooming the page.

Expected: Cube should be properly seen after zooming the page.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M66' and below is the manual bisect info

You are probably looking for a change made after 535635 (known good), but no later than 535637 (first known bad).
