What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user ->Now go to above URL -> download any file
(2)Now go to Files App  -> Select downloaded video -> Right Click and select 'Open with Video Player' option 
(3)Now window should be maximized -> Now Press 'Tab' button until focus is on 'Pause' option -> Again press 'Tab' button and observe Focus is not seen anywhere and now again press 'Tab' button -> Observe focus is on 'Volume' icon

Expected: After Focus is on 'Pause' option and on pressing 'Tab' button Actual: Instead After'Settings' option Focus is seen missing on 'Video Seek bar' and on again pressing 'Tab' focus is seen on 'Volume' icon

This is Non-Regression Issue seen form M-62

@fukino : Please confirm the Issue

Note : Issue is seen on M-63,M-64 and also on M-66 also
