Unable to redirect to bookmarked site for the first time

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Open Google Chrome-> Bookmark 2 or 3 URLs -> Open any webpage -> Open one of the bookmarked URL -> Observe

What is the expected behavior?
Bookmarked URL should be opened 

What went wrong?
Bookmarked URL is not getting opened and it continues to show existing webpag.

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.137  Channel: n/a
OS Version: N OS
Flash Version: 

Device : SC-04J 
Chrome version: 64.0.3282.137
OS Version: 7.0

Can this be checked what could be the reason that first time its not re-directing and second time its working fine.

Tested the issue in Android and could not reproduce the issue. Able to navigate to bookmarked site

Steps Followed:
1.Open Google Chrome
2. Bookmark 2 or 3 URLs 
3.Open any webpage 
4.Open one of the bookmarked URL 
5. Observe

Chrome versions tested:
64.0.3282.137

OS:
Android 6.0.1, 7.0.0

Android Devices:
Samsung S7, J7

Unable test this issue in Samsung SC-04J device as device isn't available with us

We have seen this issue in only SC-04J device. Other models are working fine.
Can you take a look at the video and logs attached to find out what went wrong?
