What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Generate a web notification at https://tests.peter.sh/notification-generator/
(2) Click the "1" button on the bottom bar of the screen -> open the notification list
(3) Click the gear icon on the notification -> open inline settings
(4) Click the gear icon on the notification again -> close inline settings

What is the expected result?
The notification list is expanded as the notification is expanded when opening inline settings. So, the notification list should be shrunk as the notification is shrunk after closing inline settings.

What happens instead?
The notification list was not shrunk after closing inline settings.
