Strange VMWare Horizon glitching on R65 on Chromebook Plus

Feedback report says that "VMWare Horizon" is having problems w/ R65 update.  See video attached to feedback report:

Visually describing it: it looks like the whole screen is flickering a whole lot.  Looks kinda like an overlay problem, so assigning to dcastagna@ tentatively.

Since report claims this is new for R65, tentatively assigning it as a stable blocker.

That seems like an issue with the pageflip of the main fb.

Is this happening on ToT too? We've had a few issues with modifiers and they should be all addressed with 65.0.3325.74.
The bug report is for 65.0.3325.65.

I have no way to reproduce this myself.  I just saw the bug report and wanted to make sure it got looked at.  If you think this is fixed, feel free to mark it as Fixed.  Hopefully QA will be able to reproduce this (or keep an eye out for similar reports) and can Verify it.

I just tried to repro with Chrome ToT.
I don't see any flashing, but the splash screen with the green logo closes after a few seconds.
