Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. Steps Followed: 1. Launch the Chrome Browser. 2. Enable Chrome Modern Design in chrome://flags 3. Open two tabs - pcworld.pl, chip.pl 4. Switch between tabs Chrome versions tested: 66.0.3350.0(Canary) OS: Android 6.0.1 Android Devices: Samsung S7 Considering this issue as Non-Regression as this is related to Chrome Modern Design, which was introduced recently. Hm, it's difficult to see what is going wrong in the screen capture, because the video is a bit too choppy to see the animation in detail. Could you set the animator duration scale in Android developer Options to 10x, stop the Chrome process and then record again? For comparison, attached is what I get locally (where I can't reproduce flickering).

Oh, I forgot that I didn't have the modern design enabled. With that I can reproduce the issue (see the attached video). Matt, can you take a look?
