Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.167 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: It seems to happen mostly on pages with a lot of CSS and JS going on. FoxNews.com, FaceBook.com are two good examples. I pull up the page, it renders correctly, I start to scroll and the page flickers. All of it, parts of it, the chrome scrollbars, etc. If I stop scrolling, the flickering stops as well. For what it's worth, It does same on same sites in incognito view. What is the expected behavior? Ha, no flicker. What went wrong? See steps to reproduce, above. Did this work before? Yes Not sure, the one before the Feb 13 update Chrome version: 64.0.3282.167 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: If you like, ping me with an email: hagg@mindspring.com And I'll record an example for you.

As we are unable to reproduce the issue on latest stable 66.0.3359.181 and there is no response/Feedback from the reporter from so long time on comment#3 hence closing this issue and marking it as Won't fix. @Reporter: Please feel to raise a new issue if there are any issues with chrome. Thanks! |
