Issue descriptionChrome Version : Version 64.0.3282.167 (Official Build) (64-bit) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open Chrome Browser (2) Enter this path in url text field: chrome://settings/content/popups (3) Go to Block/Allow section (4) Click on Add link, Add a site popup opens (5) Enter url in site text field & click on Add button (6) Click on more action bar & select Edit fly-out option (7) Edit Site popup appeared with Cancel & Edit button What is the expected result? It should display Add button instead of Edit, as already text field is editable. What happens instead? Although on clicking Edit button data saves. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Thanks for filing the issue! Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 64.0.3282.167 and on the latest canary 65.0.3350.0 using windows 10, ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.13.1. As the issue is seen from M60(60.0.3072.0) considering it as Non-Regression and marking it as Untriaged.

> It should display Add button instead of Edit, as already text field is editable. I am not sure I understand your expectation. "Edit" indicates that the item has already been added before. For example if you click "Cancel", the item will still exist, therefore "Edit" is the right term. Closing as WAI, please re-open if I am misunderstanding the bug report. |
