Using Google Font EB Garamond. <b> tag does not work on Chrome on Mac. Works everywhere else and for other fonts.

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://www.currentmoodmag.com/2017/08/24/gautam-vazirani/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the url using chrome on a MacBook (I am using Air 2017): http://www.currentmoodmag.com/2017/08/24/gautam-vazirani/ 2. Look up the following: "currentMood: Where do you think the Indian sustainable fashion industry stands in the global market?" 3. This section is bold on other browsers/platforms. The bold also works when switching to other Google fonts like Roboto. What is the expected behavior? The section should bold if inside a <b> tag or when using font-weight: bold. What went wrong? The section font weight is not changing. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? No Does this work in other browsers? Able to reproduce this issue on Mac 10.13.3 air using chrome reported version #63.0.3239.132, latest stable #64.0.3282.168 and latest canary #66.0.3350.0. The issue is not seen in OS-win and OS-linux. This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M60 old builds. Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!
