Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.167 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Unzip the attached file; it is an example of a page with a form and input text fields with autocomplete set to On. The associated CSS contains code for the two text input field borders to be solid yellow on focus (rgb(255, 255, 0)) and transparent yellow on blur. (rgba(255, 255, 0, 0.25)) 2. Open index.html in the included file folder using the latest Chromium version. 3. Click back and forth between the Character Name and Realm Name text fields to observe the normal focus and blur behavior. 4. Submit a World of Warcraft player name and realm. You can use player Petkick of realm Sargeras as an example, or any player from the WoW leaderboards. This should return an AJAX query with user information. 5. Press the browser reload button. Now click on the Character Name text input field; it should contain your previous entry as autofill data. Click on the dropdown underneath this field, and it should autofill. 6. Click the Realm Name field. You will notice that the Character Name field remains solid yellow even though focus has shifted off of it. Click on the autofill value for the Realm Name field, then click in open space on the desktop; you will observe that neither text input box goes back to a blurred state. 7. Delete all text from both input fields; normal focus/blur behavior will resume. What is the expected behavior? Expected behavior is that autofilled fields will blur when focus is lost. What went wrong? Autofilled fields will not blur when filled with data placed there by the autofill. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 64.0.3282.167 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: n/a

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 64.0.3282.167 and on the latest chrome version 66.0.3350.0 using Windows-10, Mac 10.12.6 and Ubuntu 14.04. As the issue is seen from M60(60.0.3072.0) considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged. Thanks!
