Issue descriptionChrome OS version: 10323.30.0, 65.0.3325.65 dev channel eve device. What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Mount a file system provider in Files app (say Dropbox) (2) Copy/paste or Drag-drop files from Downloads folder to Dropbox FSP folder. (3) In Dropbox FSP folder, click on refresh button or Close and reopen Files window. What is the expected result? Files should appear as well as their file size must be displayed, once files are copied from Downloads folder to FSP folder. What happens instead? At step 2: > Images of PNG, JPEG formats doesn't appear within the folder. > Other file formats like PDF, Docx, an audio, a video, other image format appear as 0 bytes. At step 3: After clicking on refresh button or closing - reopening the Files window, unseen images show up. Also, appropriate file size is shown for all the files of FSP folder. mkarkada@, can you advise if - (1) you are able to see the copied file directly via the 3rd party website and (2) do you know if this is an existing behavior or regression?

Hi Weifangsun, 1. Yes, I'm able to see the copied files on the website i.e. Dropbox website. 2. This is not a regression as this issue is existing on M63 build as well.

This is a problem with the communication layer between the FSP and the the UI. The file is actually getting saved, but the UI is not reflecting that change. QA - can we reproduce this with a different FSP, or is this dropbox-specific?

This problem happens with other FSP too. I mounted OneDrive FSP and tried copy/paste, drag/drop from Downloads to OneDrive. For file formats like MP4, MP3, PPTX, PNG file size was showing as 0 bytes. For others like PDF, JPEG, XLSX, file size was shown appropriately. Please see attached screenshot
