push-to-prod wrongly restart job_aborter in master

subprocess.CalledProcessError: Command '['sudo', 'service', 'job_aborter', 'restart']' returned non-zero exit status 1

It's because autotest-cautotest role wrongly adopts drone's settings (is_drone/true.yaml).
