What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Settings -> Stylus section
2. Enable note-taking from lock screen
3. Press Search + L keys to lock the screen
4. Drag the note icon in top corner of lock screen
5. Observe message about lock screen note taking

What is the expected result?
Message should be displayed only once.

What happens instead?
Same message is displayed at two places. Attached screenshot.
