The keyboard shortcut for accessing the profile switcher is called "Log in a different user or browse as a Guest" and is Ctrl + Shift + m

However, I consider this hard to discover. I recommend one of these options:

1. Put the profile switcher into the menu
or
2. Change the documentation to include the words "profile" and "switcher" in that entry.
