If the current wallpaper was selected from the wallpaper picker, then that particular wallpaper should be auto-focused ('preset') the next time the wallpaper picker is opened.

In addition, decide the UI when the current wallpaper was NOT selected from the picker (this could happen e.g. for policy wallpapers). We should not leave the top info bar empty.
