Out of memory

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.167 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Do anything chrome
2. ?
3. Crash

What is the expected behavior?
Even with one tab open, this will happen. 

What went wrong?
Opened tab in chrome, navigated through websites, browser states that it has run out of memort. nothing else running in the background. with plenty of RAM to spare.

Crashed report ID:  f7245558-816b-4f44-87eb-227393708695

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.167  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

did NOT experience this issue prior to v64.0.3282.140

Where would I find the server ID. Sometimes chrome goes black Attached is a screenshot of issue.

Please check the issue on latest stable-64.0.3282.186 & if still issue persists, find the attached image which will be helpful for you to get server id in chrome://crashes.
