Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://www.utoledo.edu/images/bug-report/bug.svg Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Resize the browser window while on provided url to svg (bypassing any possible html issues) from > 696px to < 696px 2. See the peaks of waveform distort to a large degree 3. What is the expected behavior? Resize without distortion What went wrong? Steep peaks of waveform distort to a large degree Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 64.0.3282.140 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 28.0 r0 Works in firefox, edge, ie11. Also works in Chrome on my Nexus 5x at smaller size. Also verified that it does not work in Canary.

Issue with tight corners/high curvature in GPU rasterized paths. Problem started when GPU raster was enabled.
