Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the Audits panel
2. Select "Perform an audit..."
3. De/Select some audit cateogries (Progressive Web App, Performance, etc)

What is the expected behavior?
The selection state of the audit categories should be logged

What went wrong?
This is not currently logged
