Issue descriptionChrome Version: 65.0.3325.73 OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open a site that uses Flash, e.g. https://www.btvcontrol.be/Adventu.html 2. Check if the site allows to run Flash in the popup left in the address bar 3. The page shows "Ctrl+Click to run Adobe Flash Player" 4. Select "Run this plugin" in the popup menu. What is the expected result? That the flash content is displayed. What happens instead of that? Nothing. I know Flash is being phased-out, but we still have time until 2020 to migrate our business solutions. We really need at least this year to complete the migration! UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.73 Safari/537.36

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 and mac 10.12.6 using chrome reported version #65.0.3325.73 and latest canary #66.0.3350.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Opened URL: https://www.btvcontrol.be/Adventu.html 2. Clicked on the "Run flash" link. 3. A dialog box popped up asking to run flash with "Allow" and "Block" buttons. 4. Clicked on "Allow" button and observed that flash content displayed without any issues. bart.tachelet@ - Could you please check the issue on latest canary #66.0.3350.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. Thanks...!!

Downgraded to official build: Version 64.0.3282.167 (Officiƫle build) (64-bits). Flash worked again. Installed Chrome Canary: Version 66.0.3350.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit). After enabling Flash for the site, it says "Adobe Flash Player was blocked because it is out of date". Clicking "Run This Plugin" works this time. Installed beta build again: Versie 65.0.3325.73 (Officiƫle build) beta (64-bits). This time Flash does work - don't know what happened, but all is OK now, thanks.

Can we reopen this item? Just installed the latest Mac OS security update, restarted the machine and the Flash won't run on Chrome 65 beta again. Attached a screen recording this time.
