This seems to be smoothness.tough_canvas_cases/tough_canvas_cases/canvas2d_balls_common/bouncing_balls.html?ball=image_with_shadow&back=image far more than any other story. I'm going to disable the story and kick off a functional bisect.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to disable this story right now because it has a name that's too long. I think that this story never should have made it past the filter, but did because of the way that we now construct story expectations and validate story names. I filed bug 813106 about this.

As a stopgap, I uploaded https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/catapult/+/924242, which should at least allow us to disable this story in the meanwhile. It'll take a bit for that change to land in Chromium, though.
