What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/fonts page.
(2) Slide the font size from "Tiny" to "Huge".
(3) Now observe the search icon in search box.

Actual: The search icon gets misplaced from its search box in chrome://settings/fonts page. 
Expected: The search icon should not get misplaced from its search box in chrome://settings/fonts page.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from M60 series build #60.0.3072.0.

Note: Issue is also seen on M-64 Stable(build #64.0.3282.168), M-65 Beta (build #65.0.3325.73) & Canary (build #66.0.3348.0).
