Issue descriptionDevTools failed to link resource to application system as cookies: Platform: Mac Chrome version: 64.0.3282.140 I just see the dark style for the DevTools, I just active this style and when I try to see the logs or the cookies data I see how the data appears and disappears while I reload the page to verify if the page data was created successfully. This scenario doesn't happen with the light style. I don't know if it's a bug or not, but I would like to share you.

Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.12.6 using chrome reported version #64.0.3282.140 and latest canary #66.0.3347.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Opened www.wikipedia.org 2. Opened dev tools and applied dark theme. 3. Opened application and cookies. 4. After refreshing the page observed that the cookies also reloaded. reporter@ - Could you please check the screen cast and please let us know if anything missed from our side.
